It's not as cheap as you expected, at least in Shanghai. For example the brand clothes is more expensive than western countries, and the house prices are also pretty high.

my doughter shall be living in Shanghai for at least Three Years , I wish to know the cost of living , rental appartements, medical care, shools for childeren, daily life expences
