They came and dug up my brand new landscaping last winter after I had just redone it. Killed my tree, ruined about $100 worth of red mulch and left two big trenches in my front yard. Now they won't call me back!

Comcast has along kinds of customer service back doors.. where you can find someone that really does "care"! hahahah
